Dobrý den,

Pane Poppe, jelikož jste svoji rezervaci stornoval a poté již nebyl volný pokoj v přízemí dostal jste pokoj v patře o čemž jste byl informován předem.
Absolutně se nebudeme vyjadřovat k vašemu "ohleduplnému" parkování, kde jste blokoval auta, která nemohla v půl jedenácté v noci odjet.

  • zmojí strany ,velká spokojenost, účastníci zájezdu byli též velmi spokojeni akorát byl problém že nebyla v místě restaurace, ale jak nám bylo sděleno na problému se pracuje. Hodnotím 5P! a mohu vřele doporučit. Miroslav Létal Hustopeče

  • Personál - ačkoli jsme přijeli již brzy dopoledne,byli jsme bez problému a velmi ochotně ubytováni. Služby - skříň,pohodlná postel,televize,připojení na internet,koupelna - na pár dní bohatě postačující.

  • komfort - docela nepříjemné probuzení v sedm hodin ráno (byl státní svátek) - dělníci přímo nad námi bourali sádrokartony,které házeli dolů na korbu dodávky stojící přímo naproti našim dveřím. Mrzelo nás,že jsme na tuto ,,akci,, aspoň nebyli upozorněni.. Čistota - cena za ubytování dost poskočila směrem nahoru,což by člověk i pochopil,ale ...proč si za ne zrovna malou sumu musím utírat prach,abych neumazala věci,které chci na poličky položit? Poměr cena - kvalita čistoty - nic moc. . byli jsme v R 10 podruhé - poprvé naprostá spokojenost se vším,ale tentokrát jsme byli zklamáni.
